One Week Ago...

One week ago, I was in a hotel room in Houston, trying to fall asleep, watching Conan O'Brien. Now I am relaxing in Jen and Karen's apartment at a children's home, in Santa Ana, Honduras. That's insane. This week has been fun. I have to admit, I have been a little homesick, but it is getting better.
This week Rudy, Brayan, Pamela, Daniela, and Fitto started school. It is kind of odd that they are starting school, when most kids in the States are getting out of school. The other kids started in February I think. I am sharing a room with four of the older boys, and they get up every morning before 6:45, which is super early for me. I think tonight I might sleep on the couch so that I can get more sleep!
All of the kids are doing well. I was on the late morning shift today, which meant I got to watch them by myself. When I say by myself, I mean Karen helped me out a lot. Most of the kids listened- most of the time. I think some of the time, they just don't understand what I am trying to say- could be because I was speaking in English.
Alright it is picture time.

Antonio killing the bugs that invaded earlier this week. He was actually pretty good at it.

Ok I know that this only one picture, but it is raining here so the internet is not working properly, so jsut bear with me and I will put more up later.
